Flamingos 37A is a beachfront residence defined by expansive terraces and open living spaces oriented toward the Caribbean Sea. The architecture combines soft tropical forms with natural materials and shaded outdoor areas designed for coastal living.

Located in Cancun, the project emphasizes the connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape, where terraces, pool areas and large openings frame uninterrupted ocean views.
