Villa Caiman

Villa Caiman is a contemporary residence immersed in the dense tropical forest of Tulum. The architecture is defined by clean geometric volumes softened by vegetation, where planted terraces and hanging gardens blur the line between built space and jungle.

Large openings, shaded terraces and a central courtyard create a fluid relationship between interior and exterior living. Natural materials, warm lighting and expansive glazing frame views of the surrounding landscape, allowing the house to remain constantly connected to the rhythm of the forest.
